Troy (he/him) is a Registered Clinical Counsellor with a background in Marriage and Family Therapy from Trinity Western University. His approach is grounded in body-based practice, systemically oriented, and trauma-informed, drawing primarily from Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy (AEDP). This allows him to journey with individuals in a relational and holistic way that honours their unique experiences. Troy believes that with the right environment, everyone has the potential to discover and move toward their true selves to achieve meaningful change. He is committed to creating a space that is compassionate, collaborative, and attuned to each person’s unique needs and strengths.
